Tired. Allergy. Bad Run Mojo.


This week has taken it out of me. My 8 miles on Saturday were slow. My legs were tight come Monday, when I wanted 4 or more miles... I got 2. 2 and Gentle Hatha Yoga. Allergies kept me out of the pollen yesterday. Today was another yoga day... this time strength training.

Dang it, tomorrow I'm running. Elliot and I are doing the Charleston Bridge Run on Saturday, for which I am really excited. I also want to get some solid miles in tomorrow. Like, 4 or 5. No pressure.

But... psstttt.... since I started running, last year on May 2, I've run 358 miles. GIRL! Say what? :)
